The content of the Quiz100.ro site ( inclusive, but not limited to images, texts, web graphics, scripts, graphics, logo and other data ) is the property of Quiz100.ro and its partners and suppliers, being protected by the Copyright Law and the laws on intellectual and industrial property. The extraction of any information followed by any use for commercial purposes and without the written consent of the holders of property rights constitutes a manifest violation of the terms and conditions.
Product prices
All displayed prices may change. In case of such a situation, if you have placed an order with an old price displayed, you will be contacted to be notified. Prices include all taxes except delivery, which will be calculated upon completion of the order.
Delivery
By courier case a delivery fee will be charged. Delivery is made within a maximum of 2-4 days from the payment registration, for any physical product from the Administrator’s stock.
Delivery times may change when a product is newly launched, on holiday or due to the large volume of orders in a short time.

Payment
Payment will be made by accessing the payment link generated from Internet Banking, refund by courier, by card at Easybox or in cash in case of personal collection.
Return policy
According to the Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as amending and supplementing certain normative acts: before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14 of GEO No.34/2014, within 14 days from the day on which he takes physical possession of the product.
The return costs are borne by the consumer.
A distance contract means a contract for the supply of goods or services concluded between a trader and a consumer, within the framework of a sales system organised by the trader, using exclusively, before and at the conclusion of this contract, one or more means of distance communication. The 14-day right of return is only available to customers who have purchased products online from www.quiz100.ro.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. We do not accept for return products with physical changes.
The seller will refund the value of the product in maximum 14 (fourteen) days from the date of informing Quiz100.ro by the consumer of his decision to withdraw from the contract. Quiz100.ro will be able to postpone the reimbursement of the value of the product until the receipt of the sold product or until the receipt of a proof that it has been shipped.
The following are exempted from the right of withdrawal from the Contract:
The Professional shall refund all sums it has received as payment from the Consumer, including, where applicable, the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which it is informed of the Consumer’s decision to withdraw from the Contract in accordance with the provisions of the law.
The trader shall reimburse the above-mentioned amounts using the same methods of payment as those used by the consumer for the original transaction, unless the consumer has agreed to another method of payment and provided that the consumer is not charged any commission following reimbursement.
Without prejudice to the first subparagraph of this Section, the trader shall not be obliged to reimburse additional costs where the consumer has explicitly chosen a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by the trader.
Unless the trader has offered to take back the goods himself, in the case of sales contracts, the trader may postpone the reimbursement until the date of receipt of the goods which have been the subject of the sale or until he has received proof from the consumer that he has sent the goods to the trader, whichever is the earliest.
The consumer’s obligations in case of withdrawal Under Ordinance No 34/2014, the consumer shall only bear the direct costs related to the return of the products, unless the trader agrees to bear those costs or the trader has not informed the consumer that those costs are to be borne by the consumer. In the case of off-premises contracts where the products have been delivered to the consumer’s home at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the trader shall take back the products at his own expense if the products, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post.
Exercise of the right of withdrawal
The consumer informs Quiz100.ro about the decision to withdraw from the contract by a written notification to contact@quiz100.eu
Applicable law
By using the Quiz100.ro website, the user agrees that Romanian law will govern the Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between users and the Quiz100.ro administrator or its associates/partners/affiliates. In the event of any conflicts, an attempt will first be made to resolve them amicably, and if amicable resolution is not possible, the conflict will be resolved in court at the site administrator’s headquarters, in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.
The relationship between the parties is governed by the following normative acts: – OG no. 21/1992 on consumer protection. – GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals. – Law no. 363/2007 on combating unfair practices by traders in relation to consumers and harmonising regulations with European consumer protection legislation. – Law 365/2002 on e-commerce.
Limitation of liability
Quiz100.ro does not guarantee access to the www.quiz100.ro website at any time, and is not responsible for problems caused by third parties (technical problems, server or Internet connection failures) or problems caused by upgrades or any other commercial reasons of Quiz100.ro.
If prices or other product/promotion details have been displayed incorrectly, including due to incorrect database entry, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and to notify the customer by telephone/e-mail as soon as possible of the error, if the product has not yet been delivered.
In situations where, as a result of malfunctions of the Site or due to error, the price displayed on the site is not the real one, the provisions of art. 1665 para. 2 of the New Civil Code (Law no. 287/2009) concerning the unreasonable price and as such a valid Contract cannot be concluded between the Seller and the Customer, and
The affected Products and/or Services will not be delivered and/or provided. The Seller shall immediately inform the Customer of the correct price in the event of such situations arising.
All images and texts on www.quiz100.ro are by way of example only. In this sense, the products delivered in the order may differ from those shown online (packaging, colour, appearance, format, etc.). www.quiz100.ro will also be able to modify at any time the details available online concerning the products and services offered. Images and descriptions of products may contain errors or may be different from reality, www.quiz100.ro is not responsible for such situations, but will try to resolve them as soon as possible after they are reported.
If www.quiz100.ro is unable to deliver the order due to the customer’s fault (either because the customer cannot be found at the mentioned address or cannot be contacted, etc.), the order will be cancelled and the products will be returned to www.quiz100.ro. For a new delivery, the customer will have to bear new delivery costs or other technical costs that may be incurred.
If the customer has paid in advance and, through no fault of his own, cannot receive the products within 10 days of dispatch or cannot be contacted within 30 days, the order will be cancelled, but the payment cannot be returned, constituting compensation from the customer. Orders registered on www.quiz100.ro on Fridays after 6 pm as well as on Saturdays or Sundays or legal holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Availability of service
The administrator of Quiz100.ro reserves the right to modify the structure and interface of any page or sub-page of the Quiz100.ro website at any time and at any freely chosen time interval, having the right to interrupt temporarily or permanently, partially or totally the services made available to the public through this website without any individual or general prior notice.
